Former Serbian Government Health Minister Obren Joksimović died today in Belgrade as a result of a corona infection with the virus, Večernje novosti reported.
Photo: Pixabay / congerdesignJoksimovic was Minister of Health in the Government of Zoran Djindjic and Member of Parliament in the Assembly of Yugoslavia, later Serbia and Montenegro.
He also worked as a war surgeon in the Army of the Republika Srpska from 1991 to 1995.
Obren Joksimović was born in 1952 in Očevlje, in the municipality of Breza.
