Komsic letter against Russia, Serbia, Srpska
As a member of the collective head of state, Komsic acts independently, which is not allowed by the constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, only allowed by the president of the Presidency, he added.
– Obviously, he is following the order of his mentor Bakir Izetbegović, and advocates a “civil status” in which the national structure of Bosnia and Herzegovina would be completely denied, that is, its Dayton structure of two entities and three villages.
