“Newsmax Adria” previously announced that “Minacord media” company, owned by Zeljko Joksimovic and Manja Grcic, co-owner of K1 television, will buy Tanjug. However, the rights to use the trademark, that is, the Tanjug name, were acquired by the company “Tačno”, founded in November, five days after the sale of the trademark was announced and the property rights of Tanjug.

Its founders are RTV Pancevo with 60 percent of the capital, with a founding stake of 600 dinars, and “Minacord media”, with 40 percent of the capital and a stake of 400 dinars. The legal representatives of the “Minacord media” are Zeljko Joksimovic and Manja Grcic, writes UNS.

The announcement of the Property Directorate of the Republic of November 12 establishes that the property rights of four trademarks registered in the Intellectual Property Office will be transferred, as well as the copyrights in relation to works with copyright created on the base of 27 employment contracts with 19 employees. One part of the property rights is assigned for a period of ten years, with an initial rate of 567,000 euros, and the other with a starting price of 60,481 euros until December 31, 2020, “because the rights of the Republic of Serbia in relation to copyrights expire on those dates. ”

According to the announcement, the buyer is obliged to take care of the employees, as well as a certain number of others hired in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law. The action plan for the implementation of the Media Strategy foresees the end of the privatization of Tanjug in the first quarter of 2021.
