Zelenovic still cannot accept the catastrophe in the elections in Sabac

The Municipal Board of the Serbian Progressive Party in Sabac announced today that it is dismayed that former mayor Nebojsa Zelenovic still cannot face the fact that his fellow citizens denied him confidence in the elections, but sees the reasons for his catastrophic defeat in the president Serbian Aleksandar Vucic.

– For the defeat for which he is personally responsible, he blames the president, the judiciary and political opponents, and above all the people who told him that everyone is fed up with the politics that ruined Sabac. Instead of discussing with his increasingly few associates what contributed to his political catastrophe, Nebojsa Zelenovic continues with maniacal attacks against the Serbian Progressive Party and the President of Serbia, announced the Municipal Board of the Serbian Progressive Party in Sabac.

The statement states that “Zelenović did everything possible so that the electoral process in Šabac never ends and remains the eternal ruler of the city on the Sava river, but that he forgot that there is a higher body above him and his Electoral Commission of the city”.

– Thus, the accusations against the Administrative Court of Novi Sad are another of the shameful actions of Zelenović to tarnish the institutions of his country. All of Serbia has witnessed unprecedented legal violence in Sabac for months, but that violence is provoked by Nebojsa Zelenovic and his activists, who also installed in the City Election Commission. Despite all the attempts of this united criminal group, it is not possible against the will of the people. On three occasions, the people of Šabac trusted the Serbian Progressive Party. And every time Zelenović received fewer votes and more Serbian Progressive Party, it is written in the ad.

As claimed, the City Election Commission’s attempt to overthrow the Serbian Progressive Party list didn’t help either.

– Stealing electoral material did not help them either. They received no help from aggressive activists who broke into people’s backyards. The ballot game didn’t help Zelenović either. People saw all of this and evaluated such activities. Not once, but three times. It seems that Nebojsa Zelenovic would only be satisfied if the Serbian Progressive Party did not have the right to participate in the elections. Thus, the citizens of Sabac have democratically chosen the policy with which they want to get out of the whirlwind of doom into which Nebojsa Zelenovic and his teacher Dusan Petrovic introduced them. Despite the obstructions of the now former government, the Serbian Progressive Party won fairly and in the City Assembly with 37 out of 69 councilors it has a convincing majority, the statement said.
