The mayor of Sabac and holder of the “Sabac is ours” list, Nebojsa Zelenovic, has assessed today that the Administrative Court rejected the appeals against the electoral irregularities in Sabac because Vucic publicly announced that the electoral process in this city would be finalized at the end of October.

It was noted that the rest of the ten-member GIK cannot make any official decisions because ten members have previously resigned, led by the president.

He also pointed out that his resignations were irrevocable, but the Administrative Court did not accept it. At the same time, the former GIK president has not yet determined who will convene the sessions of this body, and the decision to elect a deputy representing the Russian party as the eleventh member of the “truncated composition” is also legally unacceptable.

By decision of the Administrative Court of September 30, this foreigner cannot have his representative in the GIK because he is on the electoral list.

Likewise, according to the Local Elections Law, no party can have a majority in the electoral commission, so the SNS representatives cannot have an advantage in decision-making.

GIK also published the electoral results completed without waiting for the decision of the Administrative Court because the appeals of the newspapers “Sabac is ours” and “Metla” were filed.

– The Constitutional and Administrative Court, the prosecution and the police are just fronts of the SNS. Virtually all decisions are made by Aleksandar Vučić, who broke the constitutional and legal order. After the physical violence in the elections, we are witnessing legal violence through alleged judicial bodies. We will file a lawsuit against the Administrative Court because it is unheard of that this court does not recognize the minutes of the voting station in Shipurski livadi, where the remaining ballots appeared. The only way out of all this, and that is the result of the theft and embezzlement of the SNS, is to annul the local elections in the one hundred polling stations. If our institutions do not react, after numerous criminal charges for theft of elections and organized crime, we will seek justice before the International Court in Strasbourg when it is legally recognized by Serbia, said Nebojsa Zelenovic.

The president of the polling station in Shipurski livadi, Tanja Pavlović, presented the full timeline of the vote on 3 October.

It indicated that the votes were counted four times, that 845 people voted on the voter list and that 846 ballots were found.

There were 491 SNS ballots in a crowd, while 490 voters voted.

– All this was confirmed in the minutes by 11 more members of the polling station. After all, the MP for the progressives, Boban Birmačević, is filing a criminal complaint that she personally threw on the dismissal slip. All that time, the police and plainclothes inspectors were standing in front of the voting table, and no one had objections to the minutes and my behavior, Pavlović said.

By the way, she is not a member of any party, nor has she been before. Legally, the Administrative Court will decide on the objections filed within 48 hours.

According to the announcement of the “truncated composition”, GIK won 37 seats in the SNS, the list “Sabac is ours” has 22 councilors, the Western Serbian list “New team for Sabac” has seven councilors, and the Russian party, the UDS European Green Party.
