The Prosecutor’s Office requests custody due to the existence of circumstances that indicate that they will obstruct the process by influencing the witnesses, and according to KB, due to the existence of circumstances that indicate that they will commit the crime again in a short time, the Office of the Prosecutor reported on its website .
According to the criminal report, on October 2, the suspects intercepted the wounded MB at the corner of Milutina Uskokovića and Kosta Abraševića streets, since when they demanded that, while filming him with a phone camera, he should say the words they asked for, what MB refused, reports the prosecution.
As a result of a severe blow to the head, which KB struck him with an open fist, the wounded man fell and the other suspects later struck him several times on the head and body with their hands and feet, threatening him.
Two days later, KB phoned MB, sending him several threats, demanding that he post a video on the social network “Facebook” in which he apologizes for the comment he left earlier about the activities of the group “Leviathan”.
