The most important thing is that you are physically active and play sports, it all depends on your interests, says 16-year-old Jovana Arnautovic, Sabac’s strongest teenager. She won a medal in arm wrestling and is now challenged by weights.

Five, ten, twenty or more, the decision depends: warm-up or full pace. The more kilograms, the greater the will, and so on every day for two to three hours in the gym, RTS reported.

“Lifting weights is a challenge for me, I feel somewhat healthier … When I work hard, I tell myself, I can do it, I want it and I always achieve it,” Sabac’s Jovana Arnautovic said.

With 35 kilograms lifted, he reached the state medal in his category, with just one month of training. He only failed to add that he got over his nervousness, because he’s climbing so much higher in training.

“Every part of her lifts a lot of weight for some men, much less for girls. Can you shake your hand? I’d think about it,” Damjan Čukanović from Šabac is honest.

For Sabac’s only competitor in powerlifting, the problem is not the weights, but the coach. That is why professional help comes from Trstenik, online.

“Jovana was an excellent shooter, with her world medal it is a great result, but I see that she is persistent and likes to train … and that she likes weights,” said Biljana Erić, coach and competitor of the weightlifting club of Trstenik.

“My goal is to be the strongest girl and achieve the best possible result,” added Jovana. It takes about one more month to reach the competitive fifty kilograms. He strengthens himself only in the gym, always helping his neighbors, but not carrying bags.
