After receiving the call from the Military Medical Academy, the police teams reacted immediately. In a conversation with the injured woman, it was quickly established that she was not attacked by an unknown assailant, but had a conflict with ND’s emotional partner (41). During the evening, the Ministry of the Interior announced that the suspect was arrested on suspicion of having committed the crime of domestic violence.
The diagnosis is ongoing and the woman is not endangering her life.

According to the Interior Ministry, suspect ND inflicted two stab wounds with a sharp object and several blows with a closed fist on the body of his 41-year-old partner in their Rakovica apartment today after a verbal argument, for which he inflicted serious bodily injury.
The wounded man was treated at the Military Medical Academy.
The suspect was detained for up to 48 hours and will be taken to the Belgrade Second Basic Prosecutor’s Office, along with a criminal complaint.
