Some citizens regretted having accepted the moratorium on the payment of loans, stating that their payment was increased by 6,000 dinars.

In addition, it is symptomatic that there are many citizens with the same increase of 6,000 dinars per installment, and that the amounts of their loans are different, so one with a monthly installment of 20,000, or the other with 30,000, and the third with 40,000, they received an increase of those 6,000 dinars.

When asked if citizens were misled and why they were not told that the moratorium would cost money, the general secretary of the Association of Banks of Serbia, Vladimir Vasic, while watching TV Prva, recalled what he said to Telegraf Biznis several times – Each customer received a payment plan and there is no default interest, only regular.

As he points out, with concrete examples, it is convenient to check when the loan was taken, either 5, 10 years ago or at the beginning of it, because it may happen that the installment is the same, since the interest rate decreases proportionally in relation to the rest of the loan.

– It is possible that it is only about that increase in interest, and if it is 6,000 dinars, it means that it is a total of 12,000 for specific copies, and it may be better to pay it at once, so that the fee remains the same – he said . asked all citizens to contact UBS, for all questions, as it does not exclude the possibility of system errors.

Dušan Uzelac of the Kamatica portal also advises citizens to ask the bank what it is, if they have any questions.

– It is clear from your contract and the moratorium offer what it is. Ask if the bank has an apology or an explanation – he states.
