The five-year-old boy, the son of the arrested man (30) from Sremska Mitrovica, told investigators how his father sexually abused him, that his father told him it was his secret and that he should not tell anyone. The little boy said he used to pretend to sleep while his father did terrible things, says a source in Kurir after the suspect’s arrest for having sex with his son.
A horrible case was discovered when the great-grandfather took the boy to the doctor because he noticed that the little one had injuries on his body. Doctors examined the boy and informed the police. The boy’s mother’s great-grandfather, who works abroad, explained to Kurir that he couldn’t believe that the father was abusing the boy.
– The boy has complained before, but something like that could not have occurred to me. It all happened on Friday. I was at work, working on a plantation. I took my grandson to the bathroom and then I noticed he had injuries – says the great-grandfather and adds: – The doctor who received us said that we should go to the surgeon. My son later told me that his dad did that to him. Honestly, I’m sick of everything the boy told me – says the great-grandfather.
According to him, the detainee is actually his son-in-law. – Three years ago I offered them that house to have a place to live normally. The child’s mother is my granddaughter per son. My granddaughter is abroad with my aunt, my daughter. He is 21 years old and has been working and sending money for the little one for two years. She was 16 when she began a relationship with that man. You can earn more there, but also allow a better life for your child. And she should come. He is in shock – says our interlocutor.
He believes that the truth will be revealed: – I don’t know what he did and if he did something bad to his son, somehow it doesn’t occur to me. Doctors examined the boy, suspected him and reported him to the police. His words are followed by his wife.
He didn’t mention dad, he always ran away from him
– The workers of the Social Work Center and the psychologists also talked with the great-grandson, and he told them the same story. Meanwhile, he went to see his maternal grandmother. Not once did he ask about his father. In fact, he was constantly running away from him, and now I’m clear why – says his great-grandfather.
– Last year, the boy ran out of the room and grabbed his ass. He cried and almost fell off the terrace. Fortunately, the godmother saw it. He was whining and complaining about Dad, but we thought he might have punched him in the butt. We called the father to leave the house, but he did not appear – says the great-grandmother of the abused child. The father, who was ordered to be detained for 48 hours, during which he will be questioned by the prosecutor, has not been convicted so far, nor was he known to the police.
Furthermore, no violence was reported in this family. As we learn from the neighbors, the boy does not live alone with his father. – Another man, who is a tenant, has been living with them for a long time and spent a lot of time with the child. I mean, he works all day, and that man is with him, takes him everywhere. I know the boy’s father and I don’t think he could have done something like that. I know how dedicated he is. He works and rushes home to prepare him to eat, to take him for a walk … – said the neighbor.
