He said that Irinej is in good health, considering his age.

“He is in the hospital until further notice, until those 14 days have passed, because the patriarch is someone who, if he left the hospital now, would continue his activities. Somehow we beg him to stay there,” Bishop Stefan said . for RTS.

When asked how the Bishop of Budva-Niksic, Joanikije, and the Bishop of Mileševo, Atanasija, were doing, Bishop Stefan said they were fine.

“Bishop Atanasija used to be a karate fighter, he was not only an athlete, but now he leads a healthy lifestyle, like all Christians, and that will undoubtedly mean and help him,” he said.

It should be remembered that the Patriarch of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Irinej, was admitted to the “Karaburma” Military Hospital in Belgrade on November 4, after tests determined that he was infected with the coronavirus.
