“Blic” issues the new measures in their entirety:

1. Reduction of the working day until 6:00 p.m. for restaurants, cafes, bars, discos, betting houses and shopping centers.

2. Mandatory and unconditional use of personal protective equipment (with protective mask) indoors, as well as outdoors in those situations in which interpersonal contact cannot be avoided.

3. Prohibition of all public meetings with the presence of more than 5 (five) people, indoors and outdoors. Work organizations, schools, businesses, shopping centers and similar facilities, which are subject to the prescribed limit on the number of people present at all times in relation to the area of the facility (minimum 4 m2 per person) are excluded from this measure.

4. Enable work from home to all employees whose work process allows it.

5. Strict control of the obligation to wear a protective mask in public transport vehicles, limiting the maximum number of passengers in the vehicle to half the declared capacity of the vehicle.

6. Strict control of the implementation of home isolation, home quarantine (self-isolation), as well as all other anti-epidemic measures in force.

7. The above measures are limited to a period of 10 days, after which they will be reconsidered in light of the evolution of the epidemiological situation.

Yesterday morning a Crisis Staff session was held, in which three new measures that could be introduced could be introduced. After that, Prime Minister Ana Brnabić stated that the possible measures would be announced at a press conference at 3 pm, but it was canceled, and as “Blic” learned, instead of the conference, the crisis staff will publish a release.

Health Minister Zlatibor Lončar said yesterday that “curfew is not a magic solution and that was not the subject of yesterday’s crisis staff session. As he said, the issue was breaking contact.

The epidemiologist Predrag Kon hopes that the Crisis Staff proposal, which refers to the introduction of more restrictive measures, among which is that all facilities, except food stores, pharmacies and suppliers, will operate until 5 in the afternoon , becomes official today or tomorrow. Kon, as a guest on TV Pink’s morning show, said that such a proposal was sent to the Prime Minister of Serbia.

– The measures that we proposed yesterday from the medical part are limited to two weeks. After every two weeks, they need to be retested, Kon said.

Immunologist Srdja Jankovic also stated this morning that the medical part of the Crisis Personnel proposed to the Government that all facilities, except grocery stores, pharmacies and pumps, operate until 5pm.

Speaking on the RTS morning show, Srdja Jankovic said that strengthening measures is necessary, especially when it comes to facilities that are “not urgently needed”, with mask and meetings.

It has also been suggested that masks be worn in all situations where interpersonal contact can occur, including outdoors where people cannot avoid contact with each other.

– A part of us considered the possibility of writing that a mask is used always and everywhere, but the reason prevailed because it would not make sense for someone to wear a mask and walk alone along the river – said the immunologist.

It considers that the sanction for non-compliance with the measures is a matter for state agencies, not for doctors and the crisis headquarters. Janković notes that there is much more talk about the curfew among the people, adding that the crisis staff did not consider such a thing.

– At this time, it is not an intentional measure, if these measures are implemented, the story about movement bans will be unnecessary. We suggest that people avoid situations where they may be in contact, Janković said.

We remind you that in the last 24 hours, 19,301 people were tested for the corona virus in Serbia
