“The citizens of Novi Pazar do not deserve to live in a city where they kill themselves, where they can carry weapons with impunity, shoot, where the law can be broken. The law is the same for everyone, in all parts of the Republic of Serbia it protects all our citizens and protects all our people, “said Minister Vulin after meeting with the head and heads of the police administration in Novi Pazar .

According to the statement from the Ministry of the Interior, Vulin said he was upset and concerned about the events in Novi Pazar and pointed out that mutual recognition of criminals should not be possible, it should not occur in Novi Pazar and in any part of our Republic.

According to him, at the meeting attended by the director of the police, Vladimir Rebić, and his associates, concrete measures and steps to be taken were agreed upon.

“The presence of the police will be much more visible and stronger from tomorrow morning. The Kraljevo Gendarmerie will also come. All those who are members of criminal structures will be treated especially and under our careful attention. There will be no place for them. in this city, “Minister Vulin said.

All the citizens of Novi Pazar, as he emphasized, can and must be free and safe.

“Drugs, prostitution, weapons are all things that will not be tolerated.” No local will be able to break the law with impunity, not because they work more, but because they have prostitution, because drugs are distributed there or because they carry weapons “, said Minister Vulin.

He pointed out that no political authority and no political motive will be able to stop us until we make Novi Pazar a safe and free city, as it is, as it should be and as its citizens deserve.

Minister Vulin asked the citizens of Novi Pazar not to ask for politics in the actions of the police and asked them to help the police and to participate in the fight to make their city as safe as it is and how it should be.

“I hope that all the politicians, of the local self-government, participate with us in this fight, that they help us, not that they try to collect cheap political points. That tomorrow, when the police appear in the streets of Novi Pazar, the Gendarmerie, they will not invent nonsense about how someone occupies the city, but to settle for the state of Serbia to act in every part of its territory and help us never to return happen. We will not allow confrontations between criminal gangs, we will preserve the safety of each of our citizens and in this city the law will be respected again, ”said Minister Vulin.

Let us remind you, two days ago in the center of Novi Pazar, shortly after 3 in the afternoon, a shooting occurred in which two people were injured. Among the injured is a random passerby MM (33), who was hit in the chest area and suffered serious injuries.

According to the Interior Ministry, the meeting at the Novi Pazar Police Administration was attended by Police Director Vladimir Rebić, Deputy Directors Slobodan Malešić and Dejan Kovačević, Head of Internal Control Sector Dejan Kovačević, Commander of the Gendarmerie Detachment in Kraljevo Boban Krpović, police chief of criminal police Golub Gačević and the head of the Police Administration in Novi Pazar Nermin Ljaljić.

Minister Vulin also spoke with the mayor of Novi Pazar, Nihat Biševac, when he was informed about the measures and concrete steps that the police will take to guarantee security and stability in this city.
