Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin assessed that Serbia chose Russia and China as friends because, as he said, those countries never bombed it or determined what we should and should not do.

Vulin commented speeches by US Congressman Eliot Engel and former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright in a session of the Committee on Foreign Policy of the House of Representatives of the United States on the political approach that the administration of the future president of the United States, Joseph Biden, could apply to the Western Balkans. The relationship between Serbia and Kosovo and the influence of Russia and China were also discussed in the session.

On that session’s assessment that Serbia “must understand that Russia and China are not its friends,” Vulin said the Serbs were “too small a nation to lose such great allies.”

“Serbia chose Russia and China as friends, and that friendship withstood numerous tests, they respected us at least as much as a great power can respect a small country, and sometimes much more,” the minister said.

“Albright and Engel would like to make us fight with Russia and China, but also teach us that we are to blame for killing ourselves, bombing the Republika Srpska and Serbia, and especially teach us that for every Serbian death they must be grateful,” said Vulin, the Movement reported. Socialist.

He evaluated that if the new administration in the United States wants to classify Serbia as a friend, “it must know that it does not depend only on Serbia and that the less Madeleine Albright and Eliot Engel, the more opportunities there will be for the future to overcome the past.

“When Madeleine Albright and Eliot Engel talk about Serbia, nothing can be expected but prejudice, hatred and lies. They would like to examine the decisions of a free and sovereign Serbia, but they have never examined the origin of the money with which the political representatives showered them “clans of Kosovo,” Vulin said regarding statements by Albright and Engel that Serbia will not have Serbia’s accession to the EU until it recognizes Kosovo’s independence and until it enters the UN.
