Members of the 72nd Special Operations Brigade, the 63rd Parachute Brigade and part of the Air Force and Air Defense units will participate in the screening.
The President of the Republic and the Supreme Commander of the Serbian Army, Aleksandar Vučić attends a demonstration of capability by Serbian army units at the “Rastko Nemanjić” barracks in Pancevo.
The show called “Top of the Spear” started at 11 o’clock.
The screen simulates the neutralization of terrorists who have seized certain civilian facilities.
President Vučić pointed out that the state will continue to help the army because that institution is the guardian of Serbia.
– I rate everything you did today as Very good! – said Vučić.
Speech by the President of Serbia
Vučić claimed that due to the strong wind, which was exceptional outside, it was difficult to report on certain helicopter maneuvers they succeeded.
– Our policy of strengthening the army will continue rapidly so that we can protect Serbia from any potential aggressor. We will let everyone know that Serbia is not a punching bag. We want our army to be a factor of stability and deterrence – said Vučić.
