Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has scheduled a meeting with Prime Minister Ana Brnabić and Foreign Minister Nikola Selaković, in which he will discuss foreign policy opportunities, relations in the region, with special emphasis on recent events with Montenegro, Blic has learned.

It is possible, as our source says, that President Vučić, regardless of the reciprocity measures after Montenegro expelled our ambassador, request a large number of Serbs in that country, but also because of the position of Serbs in the region, calming the passions that will be accompanied by different concrete measures.

The meeting is scheduled for tomorrow at 6 pm in the Serbian Presidency building.

Let us remind you, first late today in the afternoon, the news from Podgorica “exploded” that the Serbian ambassador to Montenegro, Vladimir Božović, was declared persona non grata and asked to leave Montenegro.

After a prolonged and continuous interference in the internal affairs of Montenegro, behaviors and statements incompatible with the usual and acceptable standards of performance of diplomatic functions, after several verbal and written warnings about the unacceptability of such behavior, yesterday Ambassador Bozovic called to the illegal and illegitimate 1918 Podgorica Assembly “liberation.” and the “free will” of the Montenegrin people, who once again, in the most direct way, disparaged the state that gave them diplomatic hospitality, “the statement said.

A few hours later, the first reaction from Serbia arrived, so our country introduced reciprocal measures.

According to a diplomatic note sent by the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, the Montenegrin ambassador in Belgrade, Tarzan Milosevic, was also declared persona non grata.

“Ambassador Milosevic is obliged to leave the territory of the Republic of Serbia within the next 72 hours,” the note says.
