Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić declared tonight that Sava Square will be the most beautiful square in Belgrade, “and perhaps the most beautiful in Serbia.”

“This will be the most beautiful square in Belgrade, perhaps also in Serbia. Let’s just change the facade of the post office building and it will be amazing,” said Vučić during a tour of the construction on the layout of Sava Square in Belgrade.

As he said, he is especially proud that after 24 years the train station clock has been repaired.

He visited the works in Sava Square with the Mayor of Belgrade, Zoran Radojicic, and the Deputy Mayor, Goran Vesic.

Vučić stated today that, as part of the vaccination, we have the vaccine for another seven to eight days.

Ministry of Elections “stupid and shameful idea”

Vučić also assessed the Elections Ministry as a “stupid and shameful idea”.

And we, who participated in the elections, and they boycotted them, we should do it, Vučić said on the platform of the opposition parties before the inter-party dialogue. I can’t think of it, they think Tanja Fajon is going to convince me of that. This is an independent and sovereign country, Vučić said, evaluating it as a stupid idea, as is the “ministry to wear a hat.”

Vučić pointed out that there are parties that do not want the mediation of foreigners, so the possibility of two dialogues can be considered. Threatens some riots. I witnessed riots, intrusion into the assembly, inflicting the most serious injuries on police officers, and I always waited for them where they protested, and we never had a problem with that, Vučić recalled.

I am not afraid of riots, but of bad results, he pointed out, adding that the people decide in the elections, but “if the people do not want them, the ministry is not worth its hat.”

I asked to see Bakir Izetbegović’s statement, and that statement speaks more about him than about the peoples.

No one needs such statements, Vučić said. In this country, it is fine to organize against Vučić, but what do you have to protest against Vladimir Putin? You have all kinds of people, he stressed.
