VIOLET’S BODY FOUND WITH 40 STICKS A Serbian accused of his murder was awaiting extradition, and the day before the crime he was RELEASED FROM CUSTODY, it is being examined if there was a MISSION OF THE AUTHORITIES

A Serb, David G., 26, who stabbed to death his girlfriend Violeta R., 38, in June in the German city of Hagen, committed the crime just a day after being released from extradition prison , where he was awaiting extradition to Serbia. The German media write that the omission occurred because the Serbian documentation was delayed, while our authorities claim that the omission was made by German institutions.

Just five months after the horrific crime in Hagen’s apartment, German Bild announced that the Serb was sentenced to 12 years in prison in his home country in 2018 for human trafficking, but managed to escape to Germany. Two years later, the police located him and he was arrested in that country, about which, according to the “Bild” portal, the Serbian Ministry of Justice was also informed.

However, then a legal-administrative confusion arose: as the necessary documents for extradition were delayed, David was released because he was allowed to spend a maximum of 40 days in extradition detention. Those days expired on June 14, when he was released, and the papers sent by the Serbian Ministry of Justice arrived a day later, on June 15, Bild writes.

When the Serbian papers arrived, an arrest warrant was immediately issued for him, but even then he was not available at his address.

However, when the police came to arrest him, they found a horror: the lifeless body of a woman, in an advanced stage of disintegration, lay in his apartment. It turned out that it was a Serbian woman, Violeta, who had an emotional relationship with him.

A few days later, David was located and arrested in an apartment in Iserlohn, and the police found Violeta’s three-year-old daughter with him. It was determined that Violeta had more than 40 stab wounds to her body and that the murder was probably committed in front of her daughter, whom David later took away.

The editorial staff of “Blic” sent questions to the local Ministry of Justice, however, the answers to our questions did not reach the conclusion of this text.
