Assassination attempt prevented in Tivat
We remind you that the liquidation of Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković was prevented in Montenegro on January 22, as announced by officials of the Special State Prosecutor’s Office (SDT) and officials of the Sector for the Fight against Organized Crime in a press conference held yesterday in Podgorica.
According to the investigation, the plan was to shoot Belivuk and Miljković while they lined up to check tickets at the Tivat airport building. Radovan Stanisic, Mile Jovanovic, Goran Markovic were arrested in action by the Montenegrin police, some of whom were taken into custody.
Meeting with Zvicer
Previously, one of the leaders of the Kavač crime clan, Radoje Zvicer from Kotor, was in the company of Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković from Belgrade, when the Kotor police arrested them on 18 January. and subsequently led to an informational interview.
– These persons of concern to security were interviewed and a detailed control was carried out. There were no grounds for arrest or deprivation of liberty – said the interlocutor of “Vijesti” from the top of the Police Directorate.
Cooperation between the Kavač clan and the Velja Nevolje group
As “Blic” wrote earlier, Veljko Belivuk has been working closely with the Kavac clan for over a year. When a new Kavac clan was formed immediately after the disintegration of the only scalping clan, the group’s leaders began looking for associates in the region.
In recent years, some fan groups in the capital have taken the lead in selling drugs and have shown strength “around every corner”, and the people of Kavča soon realized that it was better for them to cooperate with the more dangerous among them.
Therefore, last year, this clan started close cooperation with Veljko Belivuk and the Partizan fan group “Janjičari”, which he leads.
