Vesić stated on his Facebook profile that on that occasion, the Ada Bridge, the Branko Bridge, the Albanian Palace, the House of the National Assembly and the Slavija Fountain will be illuminated with the colors of the Serbian flag.

“All state institutions and public facilities will be decorated with Serbian flags, while the anthems of Serbia and the Republika Srpska will be broadcast from the source in Slavija,” Vesić announced.

The Day of Unity, Freedom and the National Flag of Serbia, on September 15, was established this year in Serbia and the Republika Srpska as a joint holiday, in memory of the advancement of the Thessaloniki Front in the First World War.
