He also says that he did not know that Daniela was pregnant, even though he has four children with her.

– Daniela has a hormonal disorder. Naturally, she is a large woman and gains more weight in winter. She did not kill the child, but gave birth in a field bathroom. It all started quickly. She was unable to return to the house. Otherwise, we would call an ambulance. The baby broke into the field bathroom. – says Nenad.

He then described what was happening in his backyard yesterday.

– I came back from third shift and went to bed, but shit woke me up. Nine hours have passed. I think it was around 9:15. I went out to the patio and heard that a woman had given birth in a tent bathroom. My mother-in-law also left the house. When I went into the country bathroom, it had something to do with it. Apparently the woman couldn’t get the baby out, but she couldn’t, so I took out the newborn. The umbilical cord broke because Daniela was trying to get the baby out – said Nenad.

He claims that they lived in Novi Sad for the first two years:

– If I hadn’t fallen asleep, maybe everything would be fine. No one wanted to intentionally kill the baby, or anything like that, which the media has already reported to the public. I called an ambulance. Danijela and the baby were taken by ambulance from Mokrin to Kikinda Hospital. The baby is in Novi Sad and the wife is in our hospital. They are good. Besides little Jovan, we have three other children. The sons are seven and two, and the girl is four – said Nenad.

As we have already written, after admission to the Kikinda hospital, it was determined that the newborn had cuts on the scalp and body, while the mother still had a placenta inside. Danijela was admitted to the Kikinda hospital of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, while the baby in the incubator was transferred to the Novi Sad Institute for the Protection of the Health of Children and Young People in Vojvodina.

The case is under the jurisdiction of the Basic Public Ministry of Kikinda, and the investigators also informed the Social Work Center, which will take further measures according to its powers. This means that they will evaluate the parents’ competencies and take measures from the protection of family law.

Drama five years ago

In 2015, Danijela was charged with infanticide in Novi Sad, where, according to her husband Nenad, they lived until two years ago. It was later suspected that he drowned his newborn son, wrapped him in rags and put him in the washing machine to hide him from other family members. She lied to the family that she wasn’t pregnant but that it was a hormonal disorder, which is “Hello!” already informed.

– He told police that the boy fell off when he went to the bathroom and that he was dead. The case was discovered when she became ill and was admitted to the hospital. She then called her husband and told him to bring the boy, which she wrapped in cloths and put him in the washing machine. – said the source “Hello!” close to the case.

The investigation then showed that Daniela had told the truth, that is, that the baby was stillborn.
