Members of the Interior Ministry in Užice arrested PM (20) and MM (20) from Belgrade, due to the existence of grounds to suspect that they committed the crime of kidnapping.

The arrest was carried out in collaboration with members of the Kraljevo Gendarmerie Detachment.
They are accused of introducing the injured person into a passenger vehicle in Zlatibor yesterday, with a threat, and then demanding that he invite another to bring 1,000 euros, the Interior Ministry announced.
The suspected PM was also questioned for the existence of reasons to suspect that he committed the crime of attacking public circulation. The suspects were detained for up to 48 hours, and will be taken to the competent prosecutor’s office, along with a criminal complaint.
Yesterday, the media reported that the kidnappers dragged the young man to the car and that the police immediately located the vehicle.
A chase followed, until the car with the kidnappers and the kidnapped young man crashed. No one was injured in the accident.
