After the eruption of the crown in Serbia, the introduction of the PCR test is being considered when entering our country, writes Blic.

Prof. Dr. Branislav Tiodorovi, epidemiologist and member of the Crisis Tab for the control of Covid-19 infection, told the newspaper that a large part of the population respects the measures and should be praised because thanks to disciplined and responsible people we are the best of Europe.

“On the other hand, the smallest percentage that does not respect the measures, these people should imagine it. This refers to certain organizers of musical events, social gatherings, places where people meet without traveling to measures. Let’s be clear, I still complain to hold cultural events, let’s say close the theater? Not to mention as an example, when we get a slight increase in newcomers from the factory “Jura. In this way and in that direction, we must think and act, therefore, where the problem is and react. The reason is that the crown is burning somewhere, for example, Croatia but also Slovenia, during the summer months they had a large influx of tourists from European countries, they had a series of measures on a larger scale, and those measures that were violated are now returning with the guild “, He said.

The possibility of introducing PCR for everyone who enters the country or a test that shows the presence of antibodies is being considered, that is, that a person who enters our country has lost the crown. Yes, we will have a problem with our people living in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, but we cannot introduce a measure for some and not for others. That is why it is important that the measures apply to everyone, as the example of Vranje illustrates, they now have a slight increase in new income, but as all obstacles to Macedonia are removed, they go there, trade, go to tourism and then they increase after returning to the country. I think we should think in that direction and act directly on the problem, because everyone can find out why something is happening, so it is necessary to introduce a stronger control.

When asked what awaits us in the coming months, when the epidemiological situation is questioned, Dr. Tiodorovii points out that November and December are approaching, which are colder months, and the highest humidity corresponds to the virus.

“We will certainly have an increase in the number of employees. Now it is very important to use this period to maintain the trend with a lower number of employees. In the next month we have two scenarios. The first is that if we take travel measures we can expect that that number is in the double digits. Even when it goes to the triple digit level as it is now, it is not that drastic, it is only important to keep the situation under control, and this can only be done by taking action. Now we have younger and more resilient people, a small number of them go to the hospital because most viruses and it is not for hospitalization, that is good, however, young people can transmit the virus to the elderly even if they have a mild or asymptomatic clinical picture, in addition we will surely have an increase in November because people will stay at home, but surely the condition will be controlled, control the failure, make sure there are no spikes ”, he explains.

“The second scenario would be unfavorable, and that is that we cannot ensure that the measures are respected, that we have a jump, and certainly there are conditions for it because everything around us is on fire and the transition is taking place in the country. So, If we relax, then I really do not know what to expect, it is not difficult or complicated, just follow the measures that we repeat for months, use a mask indoors necessarily, keep a distance of five feet, maintain hygiene, and most importantly, in this period of fighting the virus forget about celebrations, celebrations, meetings ”, said Dr. Tiodorovi.
