After the decision of the Administrative Court to return the appeals from the “Nebojsa Zelenovic-Sabac is ours” list to the City Election Commission for a new decision, there was open cooperation of Western Serbia with the SNS.

However, today a meeting of representatives from Western Serbia, whose “New team for Sabac” list belonged to the pro-democracy bloc, was held at the SNS facilities.
As stated in the SNS City Board announcement, an agreement was reached on the objectives of the program for the benefit of all Sabac citizens, and on a possible coalition in Sabac and the harmonization of electoral programs in the interest of citizens.
During the meeting, which took place in a constructive environment, there was no talk about the distribution of powers or appointments, but only about the creation of more favorable conditions for the economic development of the city, valuation of investment potential, attracting national investors and foreigners, development of suburban and rural areas. , as well as proposals for the implementation of social and health policies. We particularly emphasize that one of the main priorities of the new government will be to create the conditions and motivate young people to stay in Sabac and build their future there, ”the statement read.
CSO SNS notes that the potential for talks with representatives of Western Serbia was recognized in the fact that Western Serbia recognized the results of repeated elections in Sabac, which were evaluated as politically correct.
By the way, Western Serbia originated from the URS or G-17 plus, and was divided into the city government. In the last call, she won the position of president of the Municipal Assembly and member of the City Council, as well as the position of director of the largest public company in Sabac, “Infrastructures”.
Apparently, after verifying the electoral irregularities in 20 polling stations, it is to be expected that the elections will be repeated there. About 20,000 voters are registered there and the existing electoral math could be altered in many ways.
According to unofficial results, after repeated elections in 27 polling stations, the SNS would have 36 seats, the list “Sabac is ours” 21, the “New team for Sabac” seven, the “Metla-Opstanak” two, and one councilor each one: Russian Party, European Green Party and UDS.
However, much more will be known about all this after the GIK session scheduled for Tuesday.
