Aleksandar Zubac, the owner of the “Tsunami House” rafts, most of which cannot be on the Sava Pier, engaged in his own lies.

He called Kurir journalists, insulted them, and then said that the company only had one raft at Sava Quay, which was divided into four parts. Of course, his claims are refuted even by the photographs and plans he sent to the editorial staff, as well as the descriptions on the “Tsunami House” website, where they boast of 14 rafts.

Unnecessary insults

The messenger revealed on Monday that the ministry issued a ban on the use of 10 of the 11 rafts that run directly or indirectly in the “Tsunami study”, because they have not carried out a technical inspection, thus endangering the safety of the guests. When we contacted Zubac on Saturday, he responded with the message: “Error.” Yesterday he called us from the same phone number and arrogantly called our journalists sheep.

– These are the only rafts from the “Tsunami House” at Sava Quay and they are all registered and have a commercial license to use. The BG-P-665B raft is divided into four parts and within it four are rented, “Tsunami House 4”, “Tsunami House 5” and “Tsunami Room”. By posting false information, you have caused us enormous material damage and put our business in jeopardy. You mention 11 of our rafts, and we only have one large raft divided into four parts. Due to similar lies, my rafts were set on fire in January, Zubac told Kurir.

After the fire in the Sava, he added, only one “Tsunami House” remained. – It is divided into four parts by partitions and has all the technical documentation and is duly registered … Other rafts have nothing to do with the “Tsunami” rafts – he said.

Without partitions

However, with a cursory glance at the photographs of the rafts, but also at the image in which Zubac wrote what the house and plans represent, it becomes clear that there are no dividing walls and that these are separate buildings.

It should be remembered that the Ministry told Kurir that the only raft that passed the technical inspection has the registration number BG-P-665B, which expires on September 26, 2020, and that the owner uses for the needs of his office. As they said, 11 rafts are directly or indirectly connected to the “Tsunami Studio”. This means that Zubac, explaining that he registered four rafts as one, appears to have “forgotten” up to seven rafts. Three rafts, with a total of 14, caught fire in January.

They say something more peeled in a lie

Although Aleksandar Zubac claims that there is only one raft in the “Tsunami House” at Sava Quay, on the Cunamihouse.com website, in the FAQ section, something completely different is stated.

– How many rafts do we have?

We currently offer 14 rafts with different prices and capacities located at the Sava dock (New Belgrade side), blocks 44 and 45. – Is it one facility or several independent facilities?

Each raft is a separate facility several meters from the other raft.

SECRETARIAT FOR INSPECTION OF EIGHT RABBITS BY REMOVAL

The Belgrade City Inspection Affairs Secretariat told Kurir that for the “Tsunami House” floating facilities, it was determined at the site that there are eight clearance facilities, in relation to which administrative procedures are being carried out before this secretariat.
