During today’s court hearing in the Jovanjic case, defense attorneys continued their introductory presentation and discussed the prosecution evidence. One of Predrag Koluvija’s defenders, Svetislav Bojić, said that “the police tsunami stopped the Jovanjica company on the road to world fame.”

Bojic reduced the presentation to the level of a conspiracy, noting that perhaps someone from the global competition wanted to harm Koluvija with an affair and an arrest, and that it would be an interesting ending to the trial.

“It is indisputable that Coluvia upset someone, be it the competition or someone else. Coluvia is the majority co-owner and there is no Serbia behind it, nor any ministry, nor a person with the acronym AV. He was farsighted, he recognized the benefits of growing this plant. it’s very healing, “added Bojic.

The defense lawyer did not want to specify what he was referring to, when he indicated the initials AV

Let us remind you that these are the initials of Andrej Vučić, the brother of the President of Serbia, who has been linked to the “Jovanjica” affair before.

Namely, opposition politician Miroslav Aleksić noted in the media on several occasions that Koluvija called Andrej Vučić after his arrest.

At the end of his presentation, defense attorney Bojić recommended that everyone in the courtroom think about the “Jovanjica” case with local singer-songwriter Đorđe Balašević’s song “Don’t break the dye on me.”

One of Koluvija’s defenders is MP Vladimir Đukanović. He said the “conversation” app, which according to the indictment, Jovanjica’s owner, some employees of that company, as well as certain members of the police and the BIA, used for correspondence and negotiations about skunk farming, is actually a toy software.

Djukanovic said that the messages in that app could be tampered with.

Djukanovic pointed out that the application is so easy to manipulate that someone could also edit some compromising correspondence in the “Conversation” application for the prosecutor (Sasa Drecun) and send it to the media.

By the way, Vladimir Đukanović, although he is not considered a well-known criminal lawyer, in Jovanjic’s case he is a defense lawyer for the first defendant Predrag Koluvija, but also for the MUP employee Milan Kendija, who was the head of security for the former director of police officer Milorad Veljović.

Djukanovic also represents the brother of Serbian President Andrej Vucic, who sued opposition leader Miroslav Aleksic because he told the media that Koluvija called Andrej during Jovanjica’s arrest.

Vladimir Đukanović recently became the head of the Assembly Justice Committee, which automatically made him a member of the Higher Council of the Judiciary, thus directly influencing the future election of judges.

It should be remembered that the majority owner of the company “Jovanjica” was arrested in November of last year with a falsified official police document.

According to the indictment, the greenhouses on the Koluvija property were later found to contain around 649.4 kilograms of dried marijuana, as well as a plantation of 65,581 cannabis stems, as well as laboratories for the cultivation of skunks.

In addition to Koluvija, Sergej Mrdja, who is a fugitive, is on trial in these proceedings, followed by Vladan Živojinović, Branislav Miljević, Zdravko Milošević, Stevan Holić, Vulet Bojović, Petar Živanović, Petar Hricaj and Boban Jovanović.
