“My personal, political and social commitment of all the people who are my associates, has always had as objective an increasingly better life for all citizens. In fact, there is evidence that supports that in the ‘controversial case’ all the procedures, that everything was done in accordance with the law, and that the Ministry of Finance and the European Commission approved the bidding documentation for the 2014 project, after which the facility was built Reconstruction costs approved. Is our reality such that we are not looking for truth and justice, but tabloids, false headlines? Shouldn’t we listen to the other side but immediately condemn the media? The police arrested MS (41), manager in the municipality of Surdulica and the project coordinator, and members of the commission DS (55), SM (55), managers in the municipality of Surdulica and OV (59), employees in the municipality of Surdulica, on suspicion of committing the crime of abuse in connection with public procurement, while MS is also accused of having committed the crime of abuse of official position.
The suspects are charged with choosing the wrong offer with the highest price during the public procurement procedure for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the information center for environmental protection in the protected area of Vlasina, contrary to the procurement procedures. planned public, which hurt the budget of the municipality of Surdulica by 28,769 euros.
Likewise, MS is accused that, as coordinator of the project, contrary to the Agreement, it enabled the facility that was the object of the project for purposes for which it was not intended, which harmed the municipality of Surdulica for 17,693 euros based on the commercial use of the facility .
