The candidate for Minister of Transport, Construction and Infrastructure, Tomislav Momirović, stated that it is a great honor and privilege for him to work for his people, noting that he will transfer his experiences from the real sector to the ministry.
The practice of a successful businessman entering government is known around the world, and my company was built on the market, not on privilege, Momirović told Prva TV.
According to him, the first task is to choose a government and then it will communicate with its associates.
“The results in this sector are exceptional and now the expectations are high, and Zorana Mihajlović did a great job and I am glad that we are partners in the Government of Serbia. I expect a lot of support from her,” Momirović emphasized.
He said that in the real sector, where it comes from, there are no excuses, delays, and the same will happen when it moves to the state sector, because it involves stricter procedures and “people’s money.”
Momirović said it was an exceptional part for him that the President of the Republic recognized him as someone who could contribute to the results of his team.
“He is a historical figure for me and it is an honor for me to be part of this history,” concluded Momirovic.
