In the last 24 hours, 8,779 citizens were tested in Serbia. Of these, 1,523 are recently infected.
Unfortunately, 19 patients died.
There are currently 176 patients on respirators nationwide.
We remind you that, according to yesterday’s data, 7,549 citizens were tested, of which 1,318 were newly infected. 18 patients died.
So far, a total of 256,521 citizens have been vaccinated in Serbia, and only today, more precisely until the last cut, 37,542 of them received the vaccine.
Cross section by cities:
The largest number of new infected people in terms of territorial distribution is still in Belgrade, where, according to the latest data, another 359 new cases have been recorded.
In other populated areas, the number of new confirmed cases is in the double digits.
Thus, another 98 cases of coronavirus were registered in Novi Sad.

Another 11,700 doses of the Pfizer vaccine arrived at the Torlak Institute today and, according to some allegations, between 10,000 and 20,000 doses of this vaccine are expected to arrive in the next two weeks, and we expect another 41,000 doses of the Pfizer vaccine on February 15.
More than 50,000 calls
So far, more than 50,000 calls have been made to Belgrade call centers, through which fellow citizens over 65 can get help applying for coronavirus vaccination and transportation to the immunization site.
1,160 people infected in social protection institutions
769 users and 391 employees were infected with the virus in social protection institutions for the accommodation of users and homes for the accommodation of adults and the elderly, announced today the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans Affairs and Social Affairs.
The total number of healed users of social protection institutions is 4,525, while the number of healed employed in these institutions is 1,924.
Users of social protection institutions who are estimated to be potential carriers of the virus are isolated, while employees of those institutions, where such danger exists, do not come to work and are in home isolation.
The total number of social protection institutions founded by the Republic of Serbia and AP Vojvodina is 74, with a capacity of 14,512 users, of which 56 are institutions for adults and the elderly and 18 are homes for children and young people.
The total number of private providers of social protection services for home accommodation for adults and the elderly in the territory of Serbia is 237, with a capacity of 8,892 users.
