After it was announced that the Belgrade airport will open on May 18, when the first “Air Serbia” flights begin, the crisis headquarters for the repression of the Kovida-19 yesterday adopted health recommendations to enter Serbia, as well as measurements at the airport. The citizens of Serbia who will travel abroad will respect the procedures of that country, and here they will be able to do a crown test for six thousand dinars in advance! To enter Serbia, you need a negative crown test that is no more than three days old, or you go to isolation for 14 days!

This was stated for Kurir by a crisis staff member, Prof. Dr. Branimir Nestorović added that on Monday, the economic crisis headquarters will also make comments, which will then go to the Government.

– Health recommendations have been adopted that a negative crown test of no more than three days is necessary to enter Serbia. Those without it should be isolated for 14 days. Our people who fly abroad will respect the procedures of that country, and if they need a negative crown test to enter another country, they can do it here, and it will cost around 6,000 dinars. There will be the usual measurements, masks, gloves at the airport … The temperature will not be measured, the distance on the plane will be determined by “Air Serbia”, depending on the number of passengers, so far they have sold around 1,000 tickets for people from business – said Dr. Nestorović for Kurir.

The rules and procedures will vary from country to country, some countries have provided quarantine, some will require health passports, some tests …

Transport Minister Zorana Mihajlović announced yesterday that “Air Serbia” will begin flying to four destinations: London, Frankfurt, Zurich and Vienna, starting on May 18, and that she hopes that after that date there will be even more regular routes. But that also depends on the decisions to leave the country and enter the country.

Health Minister Zlatibor Lončar said that the health passport (crown) had not been introduced by any country, that it was still being considered as a possibility, and that Serbia was following what was happening.

– Some countries suggest that each passenger entering their territory be allowed to carry out tests at the airport. This service will have to be paid, and the amount of up to 190 euros is mentioned. Another version is that passengers can enter the country, but it is necessary to have a test result with them to be negative for the coronavirus. The result should not be more than 24 hours – Lončar said.

He stressed that all of these are working versions as well as that they are waiting to be decisive.

– Caution must be great. We should not allow someone to enter from some access point, so that they come with a stronger virus, with a mutation, some other type. I only pray that we don’t relax and be responsible to ourselves and to others – Lončar concluded.

Petar Vojinovic, editor of aviation portal Tango Six, told Kurir that the point of rules of conduct at airports and on planes will be two-sided: – The European Traffic Safety Agency (EASA) prescribes standards for whom You can fly in the first few months, if tests will be needed and state health systems will prescribe quarantines. Behavior on the plane must be prescribed by the European Agency, and that will be the law for all airlines. So far, there is no official information on whether we will use masks, what will be the distance on the plane.
