The director of the “Bežanijska kosa” Clinical-Hospital Center, Marija Zdravković, stated that three patients who had previously been cured of kovida-19 reappeared at that institution.
Dr Zdravković says that it is characteristic that none of them remained in hospital treatment, nor did they have pneumonia again, but these are mostly new attacks of the disease.
– Some immunity has been achieved, but warns that everyone who has been crowned should not think they have permanent immunity. Although there are antibodies, immunity is not complete – said Zdravković.
The director of KBC “Bežanijska kosa” called on everyone to wear masks and that everyone who has immunity to the corona virus should know that “it is not 100%”.
Zdravković said that the capacities of the KBC “Bežanijska kosa” are ready to receive new covid patients and that they have not yet been filled.
– The largest number of patients are between 45 and 50 years old, most of them have a significantly easier clinical picture, but despite the large number of infected people, we do not have a large number of people with respirators, as was the case in June and July – said Zdravković.
