Health Minister Zlatibor Lončar warned that this morning in Belgrade there were no vacancies in the hospital for patients with coronary heart disease and pointed out that it was time for us to join in and give up unnecessary contacts in a certain future period.

He affirmed in the Assembly session in which the Reforms to the Infectious Diseases Law were discussed, that yesterday 250 covid patients were discharged, but that 600 had to be admitted to the hospital during the last 15 hours.

– ?? No one was left unattended, but a part of the patients are in hospitals in Serbia ?? – Lončar said, adding that new capacities have been opened, as well as that the capacities in the spas are being converted into a hospital.

Lončar points out that rarely does a system work in such a way that it can serve all citizens at the same time, because thousands of people are involved every day, and that in addition to patients, patients who are not positive but suffering from other diseases. they have not ceased to exist.

As he added, a few days ago it was necessary to refrain from unnecessary contacts for 10 days, and now, since the situation has worsened, it takes at least two weeks.

– ?? The sooner we get started on this, the faster we’ll get out of this. “There is no capacity in any country that can accept all people if they behave irresponsibly and become infected at the same time. We must not relax because more people die in some smaller neighboring countries than in our country. We cannot be calm because if we behave like this, we will get into such a situation. – Lončar warned.
