Due to the increasingly favorable epidemiological situation in Serbia, more and more countries allow free entry of our citizens or arrival with a mandatory negative PCR test. Thus, as of yesterday, our citizens no longer need a negative PCR test to enter Slovenia, while with this test they are allowed to stay in Tunisia, which before we could not enter under any conditions.
The EU is reviewing the list
The Tunisian National Committee for the fight against covid 19 has put Serbia on the orange list of countries with medium transmission of the virus, so citizens of Serbia with a negative PCR test have the right to visit this African country for purposes tourism, while Slovenia has opened the border for all of our country. . Likewise, in the coming days, the European Union, based on data from the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control, will review the list of countries to which the border opens or closes, so it can be expected that Serbia be removed from the “red list”. less than 24 infected per 100,000 inhabitants.
– It would be realistic to expect Serbia to be included in the EU green list, but we must bear in mind that it is also a political decision, I am still not sure if it will happen – Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic told Kurir.
Private purposes
In addition to Slovenia, citizens of Serbia can go to 18 other countries without mandatory quarantine or negative PCR test, while with negative PCR test or with mandatory quarantine of seven to 14 days we can do it in 25 countries.
As a reminder, Serbian citizens are prohibited from entering Hungary from September 1 if it is a tourist visit. Entry for private purposes is only possible on the basis of consent obtained from the Hungarian police. Citizens of Serbia who have a regulated stay or for medical treatment needs and for certain family reasons can enter Austria with a negative PCR test.
REMAIN CLOSED
Without Greece and in October
According to unofficial information, the Greek borders will not be open to our citizens even after October 1, because the ban on entry to that country will be extended to citizens of third countries, which includes Serbia. The Greek authorities banned Serbs from entering Serbia in early July due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation in Serbia, and that decision was extended several times.

And if you want to travel, there is no one to organize it
As of October 1, we will not have a tour operator and there will be no one to organize trips, said Aleksandar Senicic, director of Utah, the National Association of Travel Agencies of Serbia. He explained that travel agencies expire their work licenses on October 1, and in order to apply for new ones, they must by law have a travel guarantee, which is issued as an insurance policy or as a bank guarantee:
– The bank guarantee is impossible, and the insurers have informed us that they are leaving this business, because we are too risky and they will not issue us policies this year.
