The public was shocked when pulmonologist Branimir Nestorović left the Crisis Staff almost without saying a word, and was completely shocked when he shared an edited video on social media a few months later, clearly implying that epidemiologists Predrag Kon and Branislav Tiodorović intimidate people with a virus to earn money from vaccines. .
In a New Years interview for “Kurir,” Kon said that Nestorović was at odds with other members of the crisis staff from the beginning and that the conflict of views between the two has been going on for a long time:
– We have both had completely opposite views for decades. Professor Nestorović would let nature do its thing for everyone, and that is his attitude towards epidemics in general. He always says that the situation is good, that everything is over, that you have to leave everything, so that whoever survives – survives and whoever does not – dies. The position of the rest of us in the medical part of the Crisis Staff is that human life must be preserved at all times and that you must send true data, which does not correspond to the siren of that edited recording.
Nestorović, for his part, emphasized for the New Year’s edition of “Kurir” that he is a “predator of silence” and that Kon is “conservative and just dramatic”.
– I can make mistakes and assume responsibilities, but I don’t believe in “choral singing” and I can’t keep quiet. And now I am a presenter to keep quiet. Crisis personnel did not know what they were doing from the beginning, but we followed the instructions and experiences of others. I have always been against measures like curfew. I left because it was difficult for me to roll my eyes while speaking … And the video with Kon is excellent, because that’s really, he’s a man of drama. Kon is a conservative epidemiologist, it’s easier to ban something. The most serious member of the staff is Professor Vlada Petrović from Novi Sad, when he is not in the media, and I also like Dr. Mijomir Pelemiš. There are professionals on the crisis staff, but they are too conservative – said Nestorović.
