Sasa Radovanovic from Arandjelovac, a suspect in the murder of his neighbor Dragan Pavlovic, was questioned at the Kragujevac High Prosecutor’s Office.
He is accused of killing Pavlović with a hunting rifle and remains in pre-trial detention for up to 30 days. As Kurir learns, Radovanović fired three shots.
He was the first to shoot from the window of his house and hit Pavlović in the chest, who was in his yard across the street. The perpetrator approached the wounded man and fired two more shots. He then struck Pavlović in the groin area, after which he died.
“Sasa Radovanovic was questioned and arrest was proposed. These are neighbors who were not in good terms and the disputes lasted several months. The investigation is ongoing, and initial expert examinations of injuries, autopsies and ballistics expertise will be carried out,” he said Marija to Kurir. Mladenovic, Senior Prosecutor.
As we know from the source of the investigation, Radovanović told his father to call the police and calmly awaited the arrest. He admitted the crime against him to the police and the Public Prosecutor’s Office and states that the murdered Pavlović beat and mistreated him several times, but that, out of fear of revenge, he never reported him to the police.
Dragan Pavlović was well known in Arandjelovac as a convicted criminal and a great bully. The neighborhood distrusted him. He spent more than 15 years in prison for murder, and is also known as a cannibal, because he bit a prison cook on the ear with his teeth.
