Luka Bojović is currently in prison in Spain, where he is serving an 18-year sentence for organized crime. He was sentenced to three years for falsification of documents, five for criminal association and ten for possession of a weapon.
He has been behind bars since February 2012, when he was arrested in Valencia.
His friend and partner Siniša Petrić “Zenica” was arrested together with Luka Bojović and sentenced to 15 years in prison. He was previously convicted several times in Serbia and the region for robberies (as a member of the Marinko Magda group) and murder. He fought with Bojović in the Arkan paramilitary unit in Croatia.
Luka’s friend from the front was also Rade Rakonjac, otherwise Arkan’s godfather. He was killed in 2014, in broad daylight, in a Belgrade cafe. That murder, which has not been solved until today, is attributed to Bojović’s confrontation with the Šaranović brothers, that is, to blood revenge.
Rade had Luka’s name tattooed on one arm and Siniša’s on the other.
This photo of three friends, Rakonjac, Bojovic and Petric, has never been seen in public before and was taken more than 20 years ago.
Now it has appeared for the first time, in the Instagram profile “Legends of the nineties”.
