Hitko Ahmetović and Anes Ahmetović, father and son who yesterday participated in a brutal armed confrontation in the middle of the street of Novi Pazar, are the owners of a nightclub in this city. They were arrested on suspicion of having committed the crime of attempted murder.
That is, in the shooting that took place around 3:30 p.m. yesterday in Novi Pazar, two people were seriously injured: Mesudin K. (39), who was the target of the attack, and a random passerby from Meliha M. (32 ), who was shot in the chest just because he found himself at the wrong time, in the wrong place!
As we have learned unofficially, father and son noticed Mesudin K. in the car with whom they had a conflict a few months ago. It is not known who drew the gun first, but Mesudin and Ahmetović also shot each other. The investigation will determine whose bullet was the unfortunate woman who, according to local media, was walking with the minor at that time.
Mesudin was shot in the legs and the unfortunate in the chest. A police officer near the scene of the confrontation ran to their aid, and the armed father and son fled the scene.
The two were arrested shortly thereafter and the injured man and woman are in hospital.
The shooting took place on the street where the Police Administration building is located.
As we have learned unofficially, the residents of Novi Pazar view the armed father and son as problematic.
