He said on B92’s Fokus program that the Court in Pristina, which deals with the KLA crimes, was created at the initiative of the United States, which cares about solving the problem.
“The Germans are under pressure, I would say that she is a destructive element at the moment who is doing everything possible to avoid the actions of the court,” Beria said.
He recalled that Germany, and therefore the EU, wants to take its place before the United States, and as he said, “it is known that the United States created Kosovo.”
Beria said it was impossible for the EU, Britain and the United States not to know about the “crimes in Kosovo and Metohija”, and that there was a gap between the EU and the United States, who cared to solve the problem of the victims.
“The arrests of the KLA leaders Gucati and Haradinaj were ordered by the prosecutor’s office and the Pristina court, and that was done by the judicial police. It is expected that this court will finally end up with binding verdicts,” Beria said.
He added that it has been shown goodwill that justice must be done to all victims in Kosovo and Metohija, regardless of their nationality.
Beria claimed that it was clear to everyone in the KLA that they had to withdraw from politics from the scene and accept responsibility for the crimes, and that many did, except Ramu Haradinaj.
Speaking about the leak of Hague Court documents, Beria said witnesses to the crime were in danger.
“We had a case where Nasim Haradinaj even identified a family and thus put it in danger, and we had room for a weak reaction from European political society and the EU to the procedure and the leak of documents,” he said .
Beria assessed that the EU was weak, it hardly reacted to this leak of documents.
He stated that the names of the people who had been killed by the KLA had been published and that it could no longer be said that those victims had not been killed by the KLA.
“Given the full capacity of the material evidence, it is to be expected that in the end, regardless of the vicissitudes, an accusation will be reached,” he said.
According to him, he hopes that justice will be served.
