Belgrade’s first basic court ordered the detention of up to 30 days for two people responsible for the club party in Tasmajdan on Saturday night, where more than 700 guests were detained, despite measures prohibiting the work of the facilities catering after 8 pm and mass meetings. .

Court spokeswoman Bojana Stanković specified that his arrest was ordered so that they would not influence the witnesses.

The prosecution did not request custody of the founder of the FA company and he was released.

In yesterday’s hearing at the Prosecutor’s Office, the three refused to be guilty of organizing a mass party. In defense, they stated that they did not organize the party, that they were not present and that they did not know who did it.

They, by the way, have not been convicted before.

The FA is believed to have been involved in this illicit enterprise and no one is accusing him, for which he was released.

For GM, which is the director of the company, the prosecution believes that he is responsible and that he had to know about the party, which, as suspected, was organized by LD, who, by the way, invites and organizes everything. according to the director.

They are charged with the criminal offense of “Non-compliance with health regulations during the epidemic.”

A fine or prison sentence of up to three years is foreseen for this crime.

The prosecution will carry out evidentiary actions and make a final decision on this case. A dozen witnesses are expected to be questioned, among other evidence.

The party was discovered by the Communal Militia in cooperation with the Police Administration of the City of Belgrade and PS Palilula on Saturday after 10 pm, exercising control over the fulfillment of the measures of the catering facilities.
