Members of the Ministry of the Interior of the Directorate of Criminal Police, Service for the Fight against Organized Crime, arrested JN (1968) and Ђ. N. (1995) due to the existence of grounds to suspect that they committed the crime of trafficking in human beings.
It is suspected that, in the period from 2012 to 2020, in the territories of the municipalities of Voždovac and Obrenovac, they used force and threats to deceive two twenty-one-year-old girls for money from the men they met.
It is also suspected that one of the victims was a minor at the time of the crime.
The suspects were taken to the Belgrade High Prosecutor’s Office, along with a criminal report.
The criminal complaint for the same crime will cover three more people who are serving prison terms for previously committed crimes.
