– Based on the new evidence, we asked the High Court to arrest Maja Badjikić again. We also requested that measure due to public disturbances, but the National High Court rejected that proposal. That is why we appeal to the Court of Appeals, because that accusation must be confirmed within a month. And, until yesterday, there was no answer – they say in the VJT.

The prosecution says Badjikic is accused of killing Dragana Jozeljic, along with Pernic and Raja Kazimirovic. Davor is also charged with the murders of Dragica Kazimirović and Ljubinka Oprikić.

– In our opinion, only that information, since Badjikić is accused of aggravated murder in complicity, for which she is threatened with up to 40 years in prison, is enough to order her arrest – they emphasize in the VJT.

– In addition, with statements in the media, he annoyed the public, but also violated the presumption of innocence of Davor Pernić.
