BELGRADE – The Ministry of the Interior informs the public that claims that several shots were fired from two moving cars last night at Bežanijska kosa in Belgrade are absolutely incorrect, meaning that the passengers in those vehicles shot each other.
No such incident was reported to the Belgrade Police Department, but as soon as the news broke, the police officers went out into the field and spoke with various citizens living there, all of whom stated that they had not heard the shooting and had not noticed the cars from which strangers came. In addition, the police officers inspected the cameras in the area and determined that there were no shots fired, no car chases and no bullet casings were found at the scene.
