Biljana S., mother of Nemanja S. (22), arrested in Spain on suspicion of participating in the murder of “escalar” Miloš Peruničić, says that the police have no proof that her son was involved in this crime.

Let us remember that Perunicic was assassinated at the beginning of June of this year in Marbella, while crossing the street.

The attacker fired a round at him and then fled with an accomplice on a scooter. One month after the crime, Belgraders Nemanja S and Dushko S. were arrested. and Nikola D. Inspectors allegedly found DNA traces on a burning scooter and cap, followed the youths, and arrested them at a restaurant.

– My son went to Barcelona in March because he had some problems here. He was arrested in July, along with other young men, but so far there is no evidence linking him to Perunicic’s murder.

There is no trace of my son’s DNA on the disputed cap that was allegedly used by the killers, as well as on the scooter and gloves, states Biljana S., who received this information from the lawyer defending Nemanja and continues:

– In early December, the jury must sit down and determine if he will be released, as there is really no evidence. It does not say that my son is the best, but not a murderer either. It is collateral damage in this case because he communicated with the wrong people and that is why he is behind bars – emphasized the mother.
