According to data from the Kragujevac Institute of Public Health, 38 people have recently been infected in Sumadija district, including a seven-year-old girl.
The laboratory “Kragujevac” analyzed swabs from 275 citizens, and the most positive for the coronavirus in Šumadija were registered in Kragujevac – 33, in Rača three and one patient in Arandjelovac. In relation to the number of analyzes, 12 percent are positive, according to data from the Institute of Public Health. There are 20 women and 18 men newly infected by sex.
In addition to the seven-year-old girl and the 15-year-old boy, the other newly infected were between 18 and 80 years old.
There are 391 people in home isolation in Šumadija, the majority in Kragujevac (347) and in Rača (27).
The Kragujevac Clinical Center hospitalized 32 patients with corona, and three of them are on respirators. Employees at the Kragujevac Public Health Institute are asking their fellow citizens to keep their distance, wear masks and wash their hands as often as possible.
