The unfortunate Branislav wept, begging his wife not to kill him.

Neighbor of the couple Stanislava and Branislav M. de Zrenjanin, recounted the drama that preceded the murder in the Bagljaš settlement this morning.

In the morning between 7.30 and 8 o’clock I heard an unusual noise, screams and moans that made me think that something was happening, because something like this had not happened before. The moment I came out onto the terrace, I saw a man run out into the street, fall in the middle of the road, his wife came up to him and stabbed him several times in the head and neck, the neighbor told Kurir Miša Kondić.

He says the unfortunate Branislav begged and pleaded with his wife not to “do it for the child.”

– The moment I left, she turned away from him, she had a large kitchen knife in her hands and just looked down. There were other neighbors there, she didn’t even look at anyone, she just went to her gate where a child was waiting, who was looking at all that. She took him in her arms, went in and took the car keys. Another neighbor prevented him from doing that and took his keys. Shortly after the police arrived, they immediately put her in the vehicle and then the ambulance arrived, the story of a neighbor.

Stanislava reportedly told police that she killed him because Branislav drugged her, Belgrade media reported.

Let us remind you that Stanislava was arrested immediately and, as we learned unofficially, the Center for Social Work was also informed, which took care of the girl.

According to the order of the Zrenjanin High Prosecutor’s Office, the suspect will be detained for up to 48 hours, after which she will be taken to the prosecutor with a criminal report.
