Tijana Maksimović (21), alias Tijana Ajfon, reached an agreement with the Bosnia and Herzegovina Prosecutor’s Office and signed a plea agreement that provides for her sentence to one year in prison for international incitement to prostitution.
– In the presence of a lawyer, the defendant fully admitted her guilt for the act charged with the indictment – said the spokesman for the Bosnia and Herzegovina Prosecutor’s Office, Boris Grubešić.
He says a one-year prison sentence has been proposed.
– The proposed sentence is in accordance with the role and responsibility of the accused in the commission of the crime. Upon concluding the agreement, the defendant waives her right to a trial and the right to appeal the verdict handed down by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the basis of the agreement, Grubešić said, stating that the Court accepted the agreement.
According to the indictment, Tijana Ajfon encouraged the citizens of Serbia, GS and SP from Belgrade, to travel with her to Bijeljina, to provide sexual services, where they provided sexual services for 500 euros at a private party.
To that end, Ajfonka, together with GS and SP, illegally entered BiH on May 27 last year, via the Sava River. From there they were taken to a private party at Suho Polje. The party was interrupted by the police in the operation “Crystal” and the suspects were arrested. Nine women and 26 men were found at the party. Many of them are close to the criminal milieu, have rich files and some are considered close to the “Skaljarski clan”. The property was surrounded by cars “Porsche”, “Audi”, “BMW”, among which were armored cars.
During the weekend’s house and vehicle raid, 46 grams of cocaine, medical drugs, ten pistols, three bulletproof vests, more than 20,000 marks in various currencies, telephones, laptops and the like were discovered and seized.
