BRUERI – Serbian-American graduate Milan Loncar (25) was brutally murdered in the middle of a street in the small town of Brueri near Philadelphia while walking a dog.
The young man died on the sidewalk Wednesday night and police and an ambulance found him lying on the sidewalk on a leash. He was still alive at the time, but was bleeding profusely when he was shot in the chest.
