THE SAGA OF ZORANA AND DIRECTOR Mihajlovićeva CONTINUES: Dukić works outside the law. He did not find the “video-waiting” of Bajatović

This was stated by the Minister of Energy, Zorana Mihajlović, immediately after the failed meeting in the Government of Serbia, with the director appointed and publicly invited Dukić.

LATE

“GASTRANS” was founded to realize a project of strategic importance, a joint project of Serbia and Russia, the construction of the section of the “Turkish Current” through Serbia, from the border with Bulgaria to the border with Hungary, said Mihajlović.

– Unfortunately, some works of this project are delayed in relation to the dynamics, and that is precisely in those works that are the obligation of “Srbijagas” – emphasized the line minister.

By the way, it was Dukić’s turn to “solve” and question him immediately after he was kicked out of the meeting of the director of “Srbijagas”, Dušan Bajatović. That is, when Bajatović appeared in the conversation with Mihajlović without his associates, the visibly rebellious minister told him in a “video-wait” to leave the meeting. The alignment in the state gas companies began immediately after the arrival of the new energy minister. We can only speculate whether Dukić consciously avoided this form of communication with the minister.

– I regret that the director of “Transportgas” did not appear in any meeting to which he was invited, because it was an opportunity to clarify many things related to the business of this company – Mihajlović pointed out. – “Transportgas”, as a subsidiary of “Srbijagas”, did not harmonize its operations with the Public Companies Law, nor did it elect a director in accordance with said law. This also means that the director of the company, Stevan Dukić, signs the minutes of “Transportgas”, although he was not chosen according to the legal procedure.

However, the question is how the authorities have so far allowed Dukić to be the director, if his choice did not follow the procedures and the laws. And who knew that, but did not prevent it and revealed it. In particular, the question arises, how is it that out of several dozen public companies, which are managed by acting officials, the problem is only energy?

As Minister Mihajlović said, perhaps Dukić thinks that by not attending the meeting he will be able to keep his position for some time and avoid answers to questions about the business of this company.

WITH THE CHINESE AND IN MINING

Yesterday, the Minister of Energy, Zorana Mihajlović, spoke with the general director of the Chinese company “Shandong”, Zhang Jianchao, about the possibilities of cooperation in the field of infrastructure projects in this area.

– I think there is room for cooperation in energy and mining – said Mihajlović. – The Ministry is preparing a project book and we would like successful companies like “Shandong” to be our partners in this sector as well.

The director of “Shandong” told Mihajlović that they are ready to join the energy sector, as well as that they can achieve successful cooperation there.

– Regardless of the lack of respect shown by the Government and the Ministry, no director of the company is above the state that founded it, not even the director of “Transportgas” – said Mihajlović. – Citizens should know that there is a price for their silence and the lack of response to calls from the Government and the corresponding ministry.

The most surprising thing is the assertion of Minister Mihajlović, that in addition to the salary that he receives as director of “Transportgas”, Dukić has another personal income, exceeding 5,000 euros, from another daughter of the company “Srbijagas”.

Minister Mihajlović pointed out that it is the company “Gastrans”, which is the investor for the construction of the section of the gas pipeline “Turkish Stream” through Serbia, and that it was founded by the company “South Stream Serbia”, founded in Switzerland. , in which 51% of the capital is owned by Russia Gazprom and 49% by Srbijagas.

Regardless of the actual situation in the mining and energy sector, it is certainly more acceptable to the citizens of Serbia that the minister and directors of major companies in this sector are not persecuted through the media. Not make it come true ?! It would be more desirable for them to sit down, agree, fight, but to provide citizens: enough energy, reduction of pollution, a pleasant environment for life and for our country, profits …
