A member of the Government Crisis Staff for the fight against the corona virus, Dr. Predrag Kon, said today that none of the doctors who are members of this body supported the relaxation of epidemiological measures, and emphasized that they establish a “particularly strong limit “when it comes to cafes and restaurants.

The prominent epidemiologist said in a post on his Facebook profile that anyone who warns him of the Hippocratic Oath for alleged “accepted commitments” should be thoroughly examined.

“Anyone who warns me about the Hippocratic oath to work in crisis personnel and some supposedly accepted commitments should be thoroughly reexamined,” he said.

As he also pointed out, the relaxation of the measures was never supported by the medical part of the Crisis Staff.

– The border was especially sharp in relation to the work of cafes and restaurants – wrote Kon on Facebook.

It should be remembered that in the Crisis Staff session, which was held on Monday, the decision was made to extend the working hours of all catering facilities, shopping centers, stores, as well as service activities, until 20 hs. These relaxed measures will be valid until Friday, when a new crisis staff session is scheduled.
