The Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) will have 16 more votes in the local Sabac parliament than Nebojsa Zelenovic, said the progressive candidate for mayor of this city, Aleksandar Pajic, specifying that the total number of seats of the progressives will be 37, while that everyone else will be 31.

– In the repeated elections on September 5, we received confirmation that the SNS has no alternative and that we have the highest confidence of the people of Sabac – said Pajić, reports the Sabac SNS in a statement.

Pajic says that “Dusan Petrovic and Nebojsa Zelenovic want to stay in power longer, but that, although they want to annul the elections in 20 polling stations, the last word will be given by the Administrative Court.”

– A special scandal is that Petrović and Zelenović want to annul the elections, which they themselves organized according to the rules they approved. This regulation, which is completely contrary to the laws of Serbia, made it impossible for the members of the electoral boards of the Serbian Progressive Party to hold the positions of president or deputy electoral boards, and we were not allowed access to the voting material. They did all that to be able to steal, as they tried in Ševarice, where we caught a member of the electoral board of Zelenović’s party in the act of transferring the voting material to a private car – said Pajić.

He adds that the police were called immediately and it is not possible to determine the result at that polling station.

– No lies, theft and manipulation helped them improve their results. On the contrary, the SNS beat them with an even more convincing difference – declared Pajić.
